Issue when merge copied files.

Hi,

I found one issue, that sometime it merges the files in the wrong order if you copy them around alot, it's like it uses the dates of the files in the directory and not the names to merge back. I found it starting with the last file. This is a big issue if you tend to more around the content then try to merge it back.
